A jump closer to EXCELLENCE!
Horseriding in general and the CSO (show jumping) in particular are passionate sports that best know rigour, perserverance and the pursuit of excellence.
I hoped in my capacity as Manager of EXCELLIUM RH CONSULTING, as a riding and jumping enthusiast for over 30 years, to share this passion. Indeed, the prerequisites of this discipline are reminiscent of the steps taken by each consultant during recruitment projects entrusted to them by our clients:
- Rigour in the preparation of the "hunt" as any rider would do before each work session or obstacle
- Personal reflection and humility on each project (Have the targets been set? Have the specifications given by the client been understood?) as any rider would do, knowing that each session or event is unique and special
- Effort and perserverance because it is perserverance alone that pays off, and letting nothing stand in the way of tasks that some would consider impossible, as a rider who, through hard work and belief, leads their horse to the highest level
I wanted to share with our clients, future clients and candidates my passion for this sport that teaches us these virtues!
This "equestrian" section therefore has its place on this site because we share the same values of rigour, perserverance and respect for integrity.
Obviously, all our clients and future clients are not riders, but the vast majority who practise one sport or another.
We truly believe that they, if not interested, are at least curious about the what happens at equestrian events (CSO) as we strive to relate to the performances of Penelop Leprevost, first rider in the International CSO division and first individual runner-up at the Las Vegas World Cup 2015.
Indeed, as an unconditional admirer of Penelop Leprevost, whose equestrian skills are unquestionable in the world of CSP, I wanted to share with our clients, future clients and candidates my passion for this sport that teaches us these virtues!
